Community Action Forum events

Attend this Community Action Forum to work together to build a more inclusive and disaster resilient Livingstone Shire for people with disability.

To do this we all have a part to play - people with disability, disability services, community organisations, community members, government, council, and emergency services. This is the second in a series of three forums over two years.

During this Community Action Forum, we will engage in a reflective discussion about community feedback and key findings from work that has already been happening in this community.

We will also focus on developing inclusive strategies and actions that use local community assets. These actions will help us to act before, during and after a disaster to ensure the inclusion of people with disability and others in our community.
