Join the Deception Bay local Peer Support Group hosted by the Queenslanders with Disability Network (QDN), the Executive Peak Body for people with disabilities in the Deception Bay region. The group offers a unique space for mutual support, empowerment, and advocacy.

Group Convenors Dale Gonelli and Kevin Willis host monthly meetings at Deception Bay, providing a welcoming environment where members can connect, share experiences, and discuss matters impacting their lives.

The group regularly meets for a BBQ and organizes events in the community, such as shopping center meet-and-greets and disability expos.

Meeting Details:

  • Date: Every Second Wednesday
  • Time: 10:30am - 12:30pm
  • Location: Deception Bay Darts Club, 32 Bayview Terrace, Deception Bay.

Note: For those attending the in-person meeting, some light snacks and beverages will be provided.
