All Abilities JobMatch Project

The All Abilities JobMatch Project is providing opportunities for community services organisations to confidently recruit, support and retain people with disability at all levels.

Working with Inclusion Consultants with lived experience of disability and in partnership with uLaunch, we are providing organisations with practical tools and knowledge to create inclusive, safe and supportive workplaces that benefit everyone.

All Abilities JobMatch is designed by people with disability with guidance from workforce experts, our project steering committee and Inclusion Consultants, reflecting real workforce and workplace experiences.

Inclusion is good for business

  • Stronger staff retention and satisfaction: Employees with disability report high job satisfaction, contributing to lower turnover and reduced recruitment cost
  • Boost performance and income: Businesses that prioritise disability inclusion enjoy 28% higher revenue and 30% higher profit margins - we know that people with disability are creative problem-solvers
  • A skilled talent pool: With one in five Queenslanders living with disability, and less than half currently employed, there's an untapped workforce ready to fill the gaps in community services.
