All Abilities JobMatch Program expression of interest (EOI) 

Due to the ongoing success of the All Abilities JobMatch program, we are excited to announce QDN is now launching phase 3! We are looking for 6 new community services organisations to host an eligible intern for this next phase.  

About the Program: 

The All Abilities JobMatch Program matches community services organisations with eligible interns with lived experience of disability for a fully funded 12-week internship.  

Program benefits:  

  • Funding fully covers wages for a 12-week paid intern position tailored to suit your organisation.
    Free access and inclusion consultancy sessions with an Inclusion Consultant with lived experience of disability.
  • Free disability awareness training for your team, delivered by professionals with lived experience of disability.
  • Free guidance on workplace adjustments and support to implement them.
  • Assistance in advertising and recruitment for the right person for your organisation.
  • Access to the All Abilities JobMatch Inclusion Health Checklist, helping your organisation to understand its strengths and address challenges.
  • Connect with other employers championing disability inclusion in the community services workforce in our quarterly Community of Practice.
  • Interns will receive access to support and coaching from Disability Employment Service providers and Inclusion Consultants with experience of lived disability.
