Advice for downloading accessible documents when using Microsoft edge

To ensure the accessible word document opens and reads correctly for Screen reader technology, please follow these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three horizontal dots (More button) in the top-right corner.
2. Select “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
3. Scroll down and click on the word “Downloads”.
4. Find the option that states “Open office files in browser” and turn off setting to enable automatic downloads.
