QDN is a company limited by guarantee, governed by a Board of Directors, who are people with disability.

QDN operates according to the rules set out in our Constitution.

QDN is committed to ensuring that our work is governed by clear and proficient processes.

QDN is accredited under the ISO 9000:2015 quality standards and has a comprehensive Quality Management System including a Governance Charter and Policy Manuals.

QDN is funded by the Queensland State Government (Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services) to give systemic policy feedback.

QDN receives funding for different projects including National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
