2026 Voice of Queenslanders with Disability Survey

    Now Open
    Closes Friday 17 April 2026 at 5pm

Now in its 4th year, this landmark survey gathers lived experience insights to strengthen disability advocacy, supports and policy across Queensland.

    Week 3 update

More voices are coming through in the 2026 Voice of Queenslanders with Disability Survey this week.

We’re seeing a strong increase in responses, especially from:

    • younger people aged 18 – 39
    • people working in disability organisations.

We would welcome more voices from:

    • people with intellectual disability
    • people aged over 60
    • First Nations people
    • people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities
    • people living in regional and remote Queensland.

Please share this webpage with others in your network so we can hear from as many Queenslanders as possible. There’s 5 more weeks of the survey to go.

    Why this survey matters

The survey findings are used to:

    • inform disability policy priorities
    • strengthen advocacy for people with disabilities
    • guide sector reform, and
    • influence decisions that impact people with disability and those who support them.
