QDN’s Emerging Leaders program is dedicated to fostering the leadership skills of people with disability, empowering them to lead and influence positive change in their lives and communities.

As part of hosting the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the Queensland Government has committed to engaging another 110,000 people with a disability in sport by 2032. The Empower project will play an important role in this.

The All Abilities JobMatch Project is providing opportunities for community services organisations to confidently recruit, support and retain people with disability at all levels.

We work with organisations to help make services, products and workplaces more accessible and inclusive for everyone. Many businesses and government entities want to know how to be more inclusive of customers and employees with disability so they can deliver quality, accessible services and products.

Join us at QDN’s Inclusion Matters Forum to explore how inclusive communities are built, lived, and strengthened – by everyone. Inclusion Matters forums, hosted by local QDN Peer Leaders showcase what real inclusion looks like across the seven outcome areas of Australia’s Disability Strategy.

The Bright Sparks project is back for 2025 with new opportunities to support people with disability. This initiative focuses on empowering people with disability to become confident energy consumers.
