QDeNgage is an initiative of Queenslanders with Disability Network (QDN). We connect people with disability with businesses, government departments and organisations seeking advice, feedback and insights to make their products, services, policies and communications more inclusive and accessible. Your lived experience is valuable.
Through QDeNgage, you can help shape decisions that impact people with disability and contribute to meaningful change in communities, workplaces and services. As a QDN Member Consultant you are paid for your time and expertise. Payment will vary depending on the work you do with us. It’s free to become a QDN Member Consultant, however you must:
Identify as a person with disability, or be a family member or carer of a person with disability
Be a QDN member (membership is free)
Meet the requirements for how you would like to be paid. You can choose to be paid using a Statement by Supplier or by invoicing with an ABN. If you invoice with an ABN, you’ll need Public Liability Insurance. We’ll provide more information about these payment options during the onboarding process.

Advisory committees and reference groups
Reviewing policies, programs and services
Providing feedback on communication and accessibility
Inclusion reviews and “mystery shopper “activities
Disability awareness and inclusion training
Public speaking and sharing lived experience
Service design and co-design projects
We are looking for people who can:
Share their lived experience and insights effectively
Draw on connections and experiences within the disability community
Work in line with QDN’s values and principles
