The Hervey Bay Peer Support Group, facilitated by people with disability in the Hervey Bay area, provides a supportive environment for those with disability. Led by Group Convenor Barbara Read, monthly meeting are held to foster community and mutual support among members.

 

The Hervey Bay Peer Support Group talk about a range of topics such as emergency preparedness, services and supports, National Disability Insurance Scheme and social inclusion.

The group meet the third Wednesday of the month at The Tree House, Community Wellness Centre Urangan, Botanical Gardens, 62-105 Elizabeth St, Urangan QLD 4655
