Gympie - Get Ready, Plan Ahead events

The best way to stay safe and well during a severe storm, flood, bushfire or other emergency, is to have your own plan for your health and safety needs.

These workshops are for people with additional health and support needs, and are presented by people with disability. You can choose to join workshops in Gympie or Tin Can Bay (seniors).

The workshops take place over two half days, and it is important to attend both sessions. At the end of the workshops, you will have a better understanding on how to plan for your health and safety during an emergency.

Workshops are designed to be inclusive and accessible to everyone. Please let us know how we can help you have the best workshop experience!

You're welcome to bring a support person/carer. Refreshments and a light meal will be provided.

We encourage you to also share information about these workshops with your friends and networks.
