Have your say: Help Transport and Main Roads (TMR) assess how accessible and inclusive their services, products, information and infrastructure are for customers.

Share your views in a confidential survey, to help Transport and Main Roads (TMR) assess how accessible and inclusive their services, products, information and infrastructure are for customers.

In 2020 the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) launched their Accessibility and Inclusion Strategy, making a commitment to prioritise and embed accessibility and inclusion in all that they do.
A lot of work is already underway across TMR to improve accessibility and inclusion, and they would like to hear from you on what's working or where they still have some things to do. TMR would appreciate if you could circulate the surveys across your networks.

This is the second year the Accessible Network Team in Transport and Main Roads are seeking feedback on the accessibility and inclusion of their products, services, information and infrastructure. Last year they had over 2500 responses! The previous survey results have assisted the shaping of their new TMR Accessibility and Inclusion Plan, launching end 2021. They want to capture your varied insights and lived experience to deliver solutions that consider diverse needs.

The survey is confidential and anonymous and takes approximately 10-15 minutes each.

The survey closes at midnight on 27 October 2021.

Your feedback is important, and TMR appreciate your time, ongoing support and valuable insight into this process. If you would like to get in touch with TMR, please contact ATN_office@tmr.qld.gov.au.
